I wish I had read this book three years ago when we first realized our mom was suffering with this disease. I have read many articles on the subject and felt I understood what was happening to her. But this book helps you to communicate with the alzheimer's patient. It gives you a better understanding of each stage and how to make the most of each day for both the alzheimer's patient and their family. It has practical information that can be applied immediately.

This book has been a God send. I read it early on into my journey as a caregiver so I better understood what to expect. 5 Years later I am using it as a "how to" manual. The author is direct and realistic with her advise. I appreciate that are not sugar coated. It is reassuring to learn that what I am living is not unusual that eveything is managable with a little creativity.
Thanks for the support and advise.

Some good advice and recipes

Those looking for a magic cure for weight loss, keep looking because there is none. If you want some sensible advice and delicious, healthy recipes, this book has that. I will not be able to follow the 21-day diet to the letter of the law because I work outside my home and can't do all of the meal preparation, etc., but just the simple advice to exercise at least 30 minutes a day has meant more muscle definition in a short period of time. The recipes I've made have been delicious and healthy (Madras vegetable curry, 3-bean chili, roasted tomatoes).
I feel compelled to respond to some of the reviews, especially the bizzare complaint that the recipes are "not vegetarian." There are a number of vegetarian recipes (including the 3 I just mentioned) and the authors also suggest using vegetable stock instead of the standard chicken stock in recipes. Maybe the person meant the recipes are not solely vegetarian? Also, someone complained that the 9-point plan is "full of obvious things we already knew." I wonder how much that person exercises on a daily basis. It's one thing to know you should be doing something and it's another thing to feel motivated enough to actually do it. I see lots of fat people daily, and I'm sure most Americans could use that advice, even if they "know it already."

I really have enjoyed the eating plan suggested in this book. I feel nourished and satisfied and have successfully started to lose weight. More importantly, my family is eating more fruits and vegetables than ever before. My six year old son has eaten almost everything he has tried and my very picky four year old daughter has sampled (although not relished) some foods she had previously never considered trying. I don't feel hungry and often times I am shocked by the huge amount of food on my plate when I sit down for a meal.
The fact that eating this way is very time consuming is the only thing stopping me from giving the book 5 stars. I do consider myself a foodie and I like fruits and veggies, but I never realized how much I fall back on processed food on nights that I get home late from work, or don't feel like cooking. Since being on the 21-day eating plan, I feel like I am always in the kitchen, either preparing the evening meal or getting things ready for the next day. Not to mention the clean up! I think it will become easier as I learn more shortcuts, and Ms. Katzen does try to give hints to make prep and clean up quicker, but I seem to have much less free time since I have been on the eating plan.
Overall, even with the extensive amount of food preparation, I believe this plan works. I want to eat this way for the rest of my life.

I am really enjoying this book. Have been implementing many of the ideas into my families meals. I have notice considerably more energy since changing to this way of eating. Highly recommand this book. The book was referred to me from my doctor and at the first I was hesitant about change and what would my family think, will they like it or totally say no. But they are enjoying the new way of eating as much as I am. Extremely easy to follow and understand. We live in a small community and I am able to shop locally for all ingredients.

The biggest difference in this Healthy Eating/Diet book from others of this genre is the flexibility in protein sources. I am not a vegetarian, but I don't care for meat much, especially chicken and fish and I am lactose intolerant so diets heavy in meat and dairy are hard for me to stick to. I appreciate being able to eat whole grains and legumes to meet my protein needs. They are already part of my regular menu. I am still reading the book and plan on starting the 21-day Diet plan in a few days. For me, at least, it seems to be a diet plan I will enjoy and therefore be able to stick to.

Did you know the staff at Cooking Light magazine compiles their recipes and releases them as a hardcover book every year? Each of the books have a three-way index: one is listed by main ingredient, one by the month in which it originally appeared, and one by the name of the dish. Recipes cover everything from appetizers to desserts, and each includes nutrition information. There are also mini-features discussing everything from seasonal vegetables to what the various cuts of beef mean. After Joy of Cooking, I probably use Cooking Light the most--I just made their version of coconut shrimp last weeekend and loved it. The brilliant folks at Cooking Light demonstrate that it's more than possible to come up with a nutritious version of all of our favorite comfort foods!

I got this book in Christmas of 2006 and I have tried countless recipes. I haven't had a bad one yet! I've made breads, desserts, main dishes, sides, salads and the occasional soup. All have been great! I usually pick something new from the book to serve to dinner guests. They are never disappointed! Recipes are clear, easy to understand and delicious. They have food from different ethnicities to help keep this fresh and different. They even include menus for themed parties and seasons. I haven't looked for another cookbook since.

Cooking Light Annual Recipes 2007 (Cooking Light Annual Recipes)
This is a great cookbook. It's fun to browse through and easy to use with common ingredients, good photos and foolproof instructions. While the recipes are not super low-cal, they're reasonably low calorie and provide both everyday and 'company' recipes.

The quality of the books are excellent. I had a problem receiving the books, though. When tracking them I was told they were delivered, but I had never received them. I got connected with customer service through the website and they helped make things right by re-sending my order. These books came in the same time I should have received my other books. I feel confident that I can order through Amazon again and they will make sure that I am satisfied. Thank you, Amazon!

The Volumetrics Weight-Control Plan is the best thing to come into my life since sliced bread - no pun intended. Barbara Rolls is a researcher and scientific investigator who isn't trying to sell you overnight success or supplements or super-duper curves or a body to die for. In fact, as far as I've been able to figure she ONLY selling her 2 books, and boy are they worth every penny you'll spend to buy them. The science isn't new, just the presentation. The book is filled with color pictures that actually SHOW the difference between a quarter cup of raisins versus a cup of grapes - a veggie pizza wedge versus a cheese slice.
The premise is simple and the science is sound. Your body doesn't know from fat, carbs, etc. It know from FULL or NOT. Make it think it's full, it'll quit nagging you to eat. It's so simple I can't imagine why we haven't all come to this plan.
Why am I using this book? I'm fat. I've been fat for about 16 years. I'm glucose intolerant, have high blood pressure, and before I found this book I was on the way to full blown diabetes, the very real possibility of a stroke, blown knees, and a life of waiting to die. My doctors have been telling me a simple truth for years. ALL - that means every single one - of your physical ills are directly attributable to being overweight. Sound familiar? For years they've been saying - start with 1800 calories Mary. Lose 20 pounds. Then we'll reevaluate. Just begin, Mary. So - I began - dozens of times. And failed. Dozens of times. I beat myself up mercilessly for my failures. Then, trolling Amazon as I am wont to do, I bumped into Volumetrics. OK, I thought. Can't hurt. Nope. Didn't hurt a bit. This is far and away the best eating plan I've ever met, and I've met a few. As soon as I started charting 1800 calories a day using the principles in the book - I started losing - slowly and steadily. And I felt full - ate stuff I loved - learned to plan for the day - even the week - bought a nice big roomy food carrier to take to the office. It's not in the carrier - it doesn't go in my mouth. For all of you out there who have been praying for the one that clicks - try this. It's a cheap price to pay for what may be the most important book you'll ever buy. It works for me and my hand to God, it'll work for you. Try it. You'll love it.

How Optical Illusions Help You Eat Well

How can air in food make you more satisfied - make you eat less? How can it curb a tendency to be fat, or reverse a trend?
Can it? Turns out - yes.
Feed a hungry college student a half glass full of smoothie and they will eat 20% more at lunch ½ later than the college student who drinks the SAME smoothie only whipped until it swells to a full glass with air. Not only that, but the ones that eat the airy smoothie don't make it up at their next meal.
My brother, John, and my food guru, Dick, have both recommended Mindless Eating and Volumetrics to you and me. I finally read them. Actually, John recommends listening to Mindless Eating as a book on tape, so that's what I did. I recommend it.
Listen to get the fun of it and the flavor of it. Then get the book to read the summaries of what to do.
Both titles don't really work to tell you their messages. The subtitle of Volumetrics is great - Feel Full On Fewer Calories. I'd rewrite that to read - Feel Satisfied on Fewer Calories.
It's not my job to re-title these excellent books. Mindless Eating deals with how our brains are tricked to eat more than we want by other visual cues and often by genuine optical illusions.
You could summarize Volumetrics - We don't eat calories, we eat size, volume. We are stratified by greater volume and not necessarily by greater calories. Satisfied means you eat less, means you lose fat and still feel, well, satisfied.
These are not deprivation diet books. DEPRIVATION DIETS DON'T WORK. And need I say, not fun.
The two cheapest ingredients in food are water and air. Adding air or water is the simplest way to feel more satisfied with no additional calories. You read about air in the smoothie above. Soup is food with water added. Raisins are grapes with water removed.
Let's see what that does for you...
Raisins
Which is more satisfying. ¼ cup of raisins or nearly 2 cups of grapes (50 ml or 500 ml). The metric numbers makes the size difference even more startling. Exact same number of calories. Exact same food. One has water; one doesn't.
Which would you choose if you wanted to feel most satisfied?
Yep, me too.
Soup is the Free Lunch of Satisfaction
I live on good soup, not words. - Molière
Even though soup is mostly water, you and your body perceive it as food. This is very counter intuitive to me.
Proof? Give people a 270 calorie chicken-rice casserole and a glass of water as a first course to a luncheon.
Give another group the same casserole with the water added to it to make it a soup. Check both groups to see how much they ate for the rest of lunch.
The soup people ate 100 calories less of the lunch that followed and didn't make up the loss at dinner. Cool, yes! Soup created more satiety, satisfaction. Other experiments showed that chunky soup creates more satisfaction than strained soup. And hot and cold soups both create the same benefits.
You can read the physiology in the books if you're interested. But this seems like magic to me.
Bag the Peanut Butter
I over eat peanut butter; it is one of the highest density foods you can find. If I eat volume, then you have to eat a mountain of calories to get a decent volume.
If I lived alone, I would just not bring it into the house. Obviously you can use this useful tip for all your trigger foods. Since I live with the Mysterious Madame Ling, who likes peanut butter on apples, I simply put the peanut butter in a brown paper bag.
Not only is this -- Out of sight, out of mind -- it puts inconvenience into the circuit making it harder to mindlessly eat.
Note: You may be and I am on a seafood diet, I eat everything I see. Out of sight, out of mind.
OK, One Optical Illusion
People perceive tall as more than short.
Remember the optical illusion from childhood of the upside down T. They ask which is longer - the horizontal part or the vertical section.
People say the vertical is up to 20% taller when they are in fact the same length. (The illusion is so strong for me, that I got out a ruler and tested it.)
Tall thin glasses will have you drinking less wine, juice, or Coke. And again, you will feel satisfied. Remove the short squat glasses from your life, unless you want to increase your consumption of water, then the idea works in your favor. I drink water out of a Bavarian beer mug.
Action
If you have people in your family who need to monitor fat gain, get the books, read them, and then apply the tricks.
Eat well,
William

Eat well,
William

As a student of Iyengar style yoga for many years, I would think that this book would not help me.
But this book did help. The essence of Iyengar yoga is explained and you can hear direct from Mr. Iyengar himself. The book has Mr. Iyengar's description of postures so you can learn how he describes the postures.
Also I liked practicing the sequences at the end of the book, they had a certain rhythm and flow to it. This book also has tons of color photo's and a large section on using yoga for helping all types of health conditions. The only downside was not too much knowledge on the more advanced sequences. The book is more suited for beginning - intermediate yoga practitionersCure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities with Nutrition.

Champions Body for Life was my turning point for what I'm believing will be a lifestyle transformation. Not just for losing weight, but for completely changing my life. I had already read Body for Life by Bill Phillips seven years ago and loved it. I found it easy to read and extremely motavational. However, somehow I was never able to complete a challenge. Over the years, I managed to keep my weight down with running, but without following the weights and nutritional aspects of the Body for Life program, I never achieved anything close to a transformation and as soon as injury took me away from running, the weight piled on. I tried every diet out there, and none of them worked past five days. With each effort, I packed on additional weight. Then came Champions Body for Life.
I was already familiar with the concept. Like the original book, I found this one to also be easy reading and motivational. But Champions Body for Life offered something different ... a glimpse into the 12 week transformation up close and personal ... showing the journey that Mark Unger and Alexa Adair took. In the original book and on the Body for Life website I was able to read short paragraphs about the transformations that were possible, but this new book offered more indepth coverage. It was what I needed to help me believe that I could do it too.
I read the book in two days and immediately signed up for the challenge. (I had never actually signed up before) and I also took before pictures. The book has been close by my side during my challenge and is keeping me on track. I plan to celebrate my 12 week transformation on my favorate beach in Hawaii, and I owe it all to Champions Body for Life. I am so grateful. By the way, I'll be turning 65, so we're never too old to benefit from the book and program.

The author does a very good job of explaining how to
reconstitute health via imagination, exercise and diet.
A definitive connection is made between the mind, body and
soul. A carefully crafted program is provided which includes:
o rest
o water
o workouts
o journalization of the routine
o goal formulation
o resistance weight training including > of reps and weights
The author indicates that the body needs protein, good fats
and carbs. Many examples are provided. Samples of
protein are chicken, tuna and salmon. Complex carbs are
lentils, sweet potato, squash and yams. Model veggies are broccoli,

Lifting weights was never my thing, but these people's stories inspired me to give it a try (it also taught me that unlike aerobic exercise, lifting weights boost one's metabolism long after you finish.) I now feel stronger and better about myself. I am not a 100% committed champion, but this book has given me the confidence to have entered a Triathlon at the end of September at age 56. I feel like a kid again. I now need to focus on the nutrition advice in this book which seems as though it will enhance all my work outs. I love each champion's story. I gave this book to my college aged daughter who also thought it was very cool. It's inspiring and practical and personal. I'' be giving it to friends, colleagues and trainers as gifts.

This book is one HUGE advertisement ploy. Nothing more!
I returned this piece of junk after reading through it. What a joke and insult to the real BFL!
The original Body For Life by Bill Phillips is all you need. Eating For Life is an excellent book of recipes and
BFL for Women by Dr. Pamela Peake is great for a more fine tuned approach for the ladies...but I whole-heartedly disagree with the diets she recommends in her book. It is all carbs, and minimal protein. A great way to create weak, ill women. The BFL book has the better dietary approach in my opinion.

This diet has worked wonders for me. I would not be so impressed if I had not already have been working out hard and "watching what I ate" for 6 months.
So basicaly the easy first 10 to 15 pounds were already long gone.
I lost 10 pounds the first week and 2 continue to loose 3 pounds a week.
Don't let the "fasting" hype scare you away.
Basicaly it involves a few basic principles.
1 breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day.
2 recognize the difference between being hungry and just wanting to eat something
3 you can and should chow down and go to sleep on a full stomach.
Overall I highly reccomend it !!!

I have not yet really studied this book in all the detail the author supplies. I'm just doing 'the basics' and find myself easily losing weight. The 'overeating' phase is my favorite . What the author says about dieting is certainly true for me, a month or two and I no longer have any interest in the program. This method seems one that is no real hardship, awareness of one's blood chemistry and adjusting during the day to bring weight loss is a piece of cake, especially after the first week or so. I am two months into it and see no reason I will go back to the old daytime carbs and sugar that seems to be The American Way.

Constant irrational hunger? Never full? Even when you restrict calories, does the fat cling to you for weeks? Have you failed over and over?
This book works. And you feel fully alive.
But it's full of hype and quasi history and fluff. This book is more motivational than informational. A better book is The Fast-5 Diet. It'll take you two hours to read. Then buy the Warrior Diet book for motivation and inspiration.

Dieting is a very popular activity nowadays. With obesity at record levels and body mass indices climbing higher and higher for most Americans each day, the physical condition of the public at large continues to deteriorate with each passing moment. And because of this fact, the diet and fitness business is booming like never before. The Warrior Diet attempts to assert itself into this growing market with a diet plan that is different from most others and that offers a workable plan that most can follow, often with very positive results.
After reading a couple of chapters, it is easy to see that The Warrior Diet is, indeed, different from most other diet plans. First, the Warrior concept is one that the author describes as getting back to mankind's original lifestyle when it comes to eating and fitness. Foods in the past were purer and more wholesome than the processed garbage that humans eat today. People in the past also used to be far more physically fit, mainly because their very survival depended on it. These natural instincts have been lost over the years due to modern technology and as a result, humans eat far worse food than in the past and are far less physically active than at any point in history. The Warrior Diet is about reclaiming that past by re- introducing the human body to a diet of raw, unprocessed food and organic meats. It is also about becoming more physically active than before in order to maintain the Warrior body once a satisfactory nutritional balance has been achieved.
Advice like eating organic foods and exercising is pretty commonplace in most diet books so I wasn't very surprised when I read these parts of The Warrior Diet. However, I was surprised by the specific eating advice and how the Warrior Plan is put into action. It starts with an undereating phase. This takes place each morning and afternoon and the idea is to avoid eating completely, with the exception being vegetable juice, fruit juice, coffee, yogurt, and a few other things. After that comes the overeating phase; a catch- up phase that takes place during the evening hours. At this time, the Warrior is permitted to eat pretty much anything he/she wants. This is very different from most diet plans and it is bound to be controversial among nutritionists.
I have been on very few diets but I decided while I was reading this book that I would give this plan a try and see what happened. What I discovered is that this undereating phase is very difficult at first, and I could feel my stomach growling for hours during the morning and afternoon hours. But then, it gradually became easier and easier to do this and I didn't feel as hungry as I did on the first day. I also noticed that my nighttime meal was far more satisfying than my meals usually are. Like other people, I lead a busy life and have little time to enjoy my meals. Eating has become a chore and I try to get it over with as quickly as possible so that I can get on with the rest of my day. But with the Warrior Diet plan, I find that my evening meal tastes better and is met with greater anticipation. I look forward to eating it, and I enjoy myself more than before.
Physical fitness is an important part of any diet plan and The Warrior Diet includes many pages of exercises that are intended to complement the diet itself. Some of these exercises require using weights, but others do not. I don't engage in physical fitness as often as I should and what I like about this section of the book is that, like the rest of the book, it includes exercises that are a little out of the ordinary. Things like towel swiping, frog jumps, and the bow and arrow shoulder stretch are among the many unique exercise ideas promoted by The Warrior Diet.
Most of The Warrior Diet is easy to read, but author Ori Hofmekler does include quite a bit of nutritional and physiological tech talk. It was important to include this type of information because it helps to back up what is stated in the book. But for people like me who know little about this type of topic, I found that I often did not quite understand what Hofmekler was talking about at certain points. Comments about things like omega- 3 oils; the health benefits of Cruciferous indoles; etc., were over my head. During these moments, I just had to take his word for it. I don't even know if the things stated are completely true, but I am pretty sure they are.
Overall, I found The Warrior Diet an effective book about diet and nutrition and the plan seems to work, based on my brief experience. The Warrior Diet and the advice contained in this book is generally very thorough and very helpful and it presents a workable plan that is less restrictive overall when compared to other diets. Some of the advice is commonplace; other advice is more unique. But the bottom line goal of the Warrior Diet is one most people can certainly agree: To eliminate toxins from the body, eat better foods through improved eating habits, and develop the physical body into a lean, mean, Warrior- like machine. It's a good book for anyone who has an interest in improving ones' physical condition and maintaining the improvements for a long period of time.

In the past, I haven't had much luck with diets. I'm usually looking to drop that extra ten pounds or so, but I've tried Atkins, South Beach and The Zone diets with little success. The Warrior Diet is different. By changing the times that I eat (along with dropping highly refined foods), I've made steady progress towards my desired weight while maintaining high energy. It took me a week or so to transition into the system of fasting during the day and feasting at night, but once I got used to it, I found it to be almost a matter of instinct. After just a few weeks, I'm starting to lose that stubborn belly fat and I don't feel like I'm starving all the time. I am also following the exercise guidelines. This isn't a "Lose Weight While you Sleep," plan and it isn't a magic pill. It's just another approach to eating that seems to make a lot of sense.

I'd never heard of 'Candida Overgrowth' until a friend let me read her copy of this book. I can't believe I found the answers to all the wierd physical and mental issues I've been dealing with (you know the ones - doc says it's all in your head...). I had breast cancer in 1999-2000 and was on weeks of STRONG IV antibiotics - every time they touched me I got an infection - the port site, surgery sites, even a PICC line. This after a childhood of amoxicillin before every dental visit due to a heart murmur. Not real hard to see where my yeast overgrowth came from. What angers me is that it was doctor-caused, then they had no idea why I couldn't focus, had mental fogginess, depression, weight gain for no reason that I couldn't lose again, and a slew of other annoying digestive issues. The inability to focus and mental fog cost me a really good-paying job. All I did to cause this was eat the "All-American" diet most people I know eat and follow my doctors instructions. Well, not gonna happen anymore. I'm buying my own copy of this book and my whole family is ready to try it. My husband has asthma and allergies, my daughter can't focus and was called unorganized and irresponsible at school - they're ready for a change too. The advantage I have over alot of people reading these reviews is that I know this works from trying it. Maybe not for everyone, we're all different, but at least give it a shot. It's hard to change how you eat - but then, isn't everything hard when it's new? It's worth it.

There's a test to take to see how likely yeast is in causing problems. My score was very high, so I'm following the diet and taking the yeast pills my doctor gave me and feeling better already.

After suffering for many months, years, from various yeast related issues I purchased this book. My mother had used this diet on me as a child for re-occurring yeast infections and it helped. I am sad to say I had this book for a good 6 months before I did anything because I was afraid to give up so much. Unfortunetly for me, things got much worse before better and it was actually my MEDICAL doctor that diagnosed me with candida. Just weeks prior I had taken my 18th antibiotic in 1 1/2 years. Shortly after I finished it I got a severe sore throat and mouth pain. It literally felt as if I was swallowing glass and then my mouth felt as if it were closing. One look in my mouth and throat and I was diagnosed with SEVERE thrush of the mouth and throat. I am now on antifungal treatment and 1 week into my first 2 weeks on this diet. I am still very sick but much better than before AND I have lost 6 pounds. Thank you for writing this book and thank God for doctors who actually acknowledge that this is a REAL issue!

This book and it's companion cookbook literally saved my life, after years of getting no help ~ or getting sicker ~ from the established "medical profession." I changed my diet and in three days the pain disappeared, and a week later I tossed away my cane and bounded up the stairs. I couldn't believe it, it was a miracle. I still can't believe it; all because of changing the foods I ate.
Now, years later, when I go off the no-sugar, no yeast diet, the pain and stiffness and depression returns and I have to stop and think... ahhh, I've been eating sugar = candida yeast infection! So back I go and all is well. This change in eating habits has saved untold thousands of people like me from suffering and pain and "given us our lives back." Why don't doctors tell us? I will never understand this.
How did I hear about this book & the problem of candida yeast infection? Three friends, from different parts of the country, told me about it, and I visited a nutritionist who backed up everything Dr. Crook says in the book. Et Voila! I was cured.
It is very hard at times not to feel great bitterness towards the "regular doctors" who wasted my time and money, and left me suffering for so many years, yet who have little or no training in basic nutrition.
It is not this way in Europe; here they seem to know only how to prescribe surgery or useless medications, some of which made me sicker, but I have to continue to remind myself that this is the training of the AMA. I hope things change, and soon.
In the meantime, a note of importance:
I developed the initial candida yeast infection was drinking "100% pure fruit juice." I drank it all day or night long, for three years, sitting in front of my computer working. I was a computer programmer at the time. Turns out any bottled fruit juice turns into fructose sugar during processing, and I was making myself sick by believing that the "100% pure juice" was healthy for me. How wrong that was. That's how I got sick.
After going on the anti-candida yeast diet for a few months (during which I lost 40 lbs as well! The fat just melted off me), all was well. Then I started drinking cartons of orange juice purchased from the grocery store. Joint pain, exhaustion and suffering again! I was told by a woman shopping alongside of me that processed orange juice was causing my returning joint pain, and she was right. She knew because she had been through the same thing. She was an angel from above! Now I only drink juice that is fresh squeezed, and stick to the rest of the diet, and I have no more problems whatsoever. (I have problems only when I go off).
I have recommended this book to many, many people and all have received a great deal of relief. If only I had been told about it sooner, it would have saved me three years of exhaustion, pain, suffering & immobility. It even hurt to breath some days, and doctors did not help at all. I tried everything.
The diet is simple: no sugar, no dairy, no yeast, no wheat, only organic foods and water to drink. It's not "easy" at first, but mayonnaise, eggs and chicken are allowed, spices, curries, rice syrup (really sweet), fresh corn tacos or chips take the place of many kinds of foods. Health food stores have lots of "gluten and dairy free foods, so you will shop there to your heart's content. Plus I had immediate results within three to seven days.
This diet was like putting "Miracle Grow" on roses with yellowed & blackened leaves half dead from lack of proper nutrients, and seeing green and healthy results, literally overnight! I still can hardly believe it. After four months, people said it was as if I was twenty years younger, and they were right!
Thank you, Dr. Crook! You have saved my life.
I recommend this book and it's change in diet with acupressure massage, and a bit of prayer and meditation. With Grace on our side, all will be well.
