Eve and her rich fiance Roarke are about to get married, but that doesn't mean all is puppies and rainbows. Mavis, Eve's best friend, talks Eve into using Mavis's new fashion maven boyfriend as her wedding dress designer, but dear Leonardo turns out to be the start of Eve's latest case. Or rather, his ex-lover (a famous model) is, when she turns up dead in Leonardo's flat after an argument, and Mavis is found unconscious near the body, her fingerprints on the murder weapon.
Once again Eve finds herself trying to walk a fine line between her duty as a cop and her loyalty to the people she cares about. She sets off into a world of models and actors, business and crime, drugs and beauty. At stake is nothing less than immortality---or rather, Immortality, a new drug that promises youth, beauty, energy, power.
While Eve and Roarke's relationship still sizzles, there's a bit more attention paid this time to the difficulties of trying to deal with something as big as marriage when two such headstrong loners are involved. Eve's childhood memories also rear up to smack her full-out this time, and the reader isn't spared any details. The things that happened to her as a child were horrific, and not everyone will feel comfortable reading about them, even though they're handled in a non-prurient and non-sensationalistic manner.
This mystery kept me guessing much longer than the previous one, which I very much enjoyed. There was plenty of misdirection and guilt to go around, confounding the guessing game beautifully. I love Roberts's heady mix of futurism, mystery, romance, mild erotica, and sharp personalities.

Immortal in Death (In Death, Book 3) In this exciting third book on tape. Susan Ericksen brings the characters to life once again. Eve's about to get married but a murder gets in the way, will Eve and Rourke get hitched or not? We find out more about Dallas' past and we find out that there is rivalry in the different divisions. It was well worth the price of the audiobook.

I loved this series! Dawn's Light pulled the series together without the happily-ever-after ending that many people expect for Christians. The way the parents go through a crisis in their faith shows that even the strongest believers experience doubts when faced with tragedy. This was a truly inspiring read.

Dawn's Light is an excellent written book. It is an appropriate end to a series of 4 books. It will hold you in captivity to see what is going to happen next. Terri Blackstock writes her books in an easy reading format and keeps you held captive with each chapter. I recommend this series of books to anyone who enjoys a good mystery novel, without the worry of language and inappropriate scenes being used in the books.

I have read a number of the books in the Death series and I have to say that Witness In Death is the best when it comes to developing the characters Eve and Roarke. I'm looking forward to catching up on the books that I have missed and if I have time I may write a review. If you like Nora Roberts then you'll like these books.

Burn Notice is a great new series with main characters that bring big spy attitude to home town reality. Weston can be compared to Bond, but it is Bond attending his home town reunion without the spy car, the tux, or the toys. What Weston lacks in glamour, he makes up for in pragmatic adaptation.
The book captures this perfectly. Everything that is fun about Weston and his sidekick, the lovely and lethal Fiona, is twice as much fun in the book where the author is able to expand on it. If you like the series, you'll love the book!

Normally, I don't buy novelizations of movies or TV shows or books inspired by the same because the "voice" is seldom the same as the original visual production. I do make exceptions like the books Lee Goldberg has written for Monk, Diagnosis Murder, and others.
Since Tod is Lee's brother, and writing talent seems to run in that family, I decided to pick up a copy of The Fix by Tod Goldberg, the first in what I hope will be a long Burn Notice series of books.
The first paragraph did it for me. I swear I could hear Jeffrey Donovan's voice aka Michael Weston doing the voice over. Totally the tone, dry humor, and "voice" that has made the TV show one of my favorites.
Get this book. Solid story line and great writing. You won't be disappointed.

BURN NOTICE: THE FIX is the first in what is likely to a very short series based on the popular USA Network program. Fans of the series might want to check it out, others needn't bother. This book is very pedestrian or if you prefer very workman like, that is to say it's very average and uninspired. I'm not familiar with the author, Tod Goldberg, and won't be searching the shelves for anything else with his name on it (unless it's to avoid it...).
The concept of BURN NOTICE is that a spy has been marooned in Miami by his former employers for unspecified reasons and spends his days helping people in trouble while trying to figure out who burned him and why. All the actors are attractive and capable, the scripts are full of witty dialogue, plentiful spy craft and lots of things get blown up. It can be a lot of fun even if some of the plots leave a lot to be desired. Then again, it's just a TV show and even if the story is silly you can at least enjoy watching all the pretty people and wait for the next explosion.
And that's the problem with this novel, there aren't any pretty people to look at and the explosions are so poorly written that the reader will barely notice when they do occur. One of the trademarks of the TV series are narrations by the spy, Michael Westen, where he tells us some spy tricks or explains how the spy business works over the image of someone working on a cell phone or something with a soldering iron creating some neat gizmo that will be used in an upcoming scene. Every episode has two or three of these scenes and they actually help to move the story along and help make some of the more unbelievable actions seem believable but in this book these scenes occur far to often, usually three or four times a chapter and without benefit of the associated visuals just become more and more tedious for the reader. Some of the other reviewers speak of how well this book captures the voice of Michael Westen, well, these segments are what they're talking about and they do in fact catch the tone and style of those from the series but there are far too many of them and too often they neither aid the story nor pormote any action.
There are basically two storylines in BURN NOTICE: THE FIX that are rather clumsily brought together for the big bang conclusion that's really more of a fizzle. A wealthy Miami socialite has been brought to the brink of financial ruin by a con man husband and needs help saving her fortune. This isn't a very original plot but if done well has lots of potential opportunity for some fun high-jinks unfortunately this rather inept novelist can't leave well enough alone and has to make the poor women both a totally clueless ditz who still doesn't believe her no good husband did her wrong while waiting for the bank to acution off her house but Mr. Goldberg also has to turn her into some kind of saint who spends her money helping the families of Iraq war veterans,. (From pages 69-70: "Every night I send out hundred of emails, probably, to those poor boys and their families and I ask them what they need. And they need so much..." Sheesh!) This storyline involves mortgage fraud, wanna be tough guy real estate agents, a Blackwater-esque private security firm and a Special Forces vet who is now running a drug operation in Afghanistan. Sound complicated? You have no idea... The second plot line involves an ex-KGB lady spy who demands Michael come up with a huge amount of money or she'll have him either killed or hung out to dry as a drug lord. Why would she do this? Well, it's kind of hard to tell from this mess of a novel where a past romantic event between the KGB woman and Michael takes up a lot more space, and includes a lot more detail, then does her motivation against him.
I wasn't going to post anything about this book as it didn't seem worth the effort then a friend told me about the positive reader reviews on Amazon. As I said at the start some fans of the show may want to check it out but any serious readers, including fans of the show, should stay away from this one. If you really want to read a novelization of a TV series check out Lee Goldberg's excellent Monk series or wait for the promised book on PSYCH that's coming out next spring. Monk will give you something good now and PSYCH will give you something to look forward to. As for BURN NOTICE: THE FIX, stay away from it and if you really must give it try, don't forget to wash you hands afterwards!

Fans of Burn Notice will be able to actually "hear" the voices of Michael, Sam, and Fiona in this book. Goldberg has done a great job of capturing the vocal mannerisms of the lead characters in the USA network series. Readers will enjoy Michael's ongoing sidebars about spy tradecraft.
Michael is a spy who has gotten "burned." Which means until he can figure out who and why, he is stuck in Miami with only his training to help him survive. All his assets and access have been frozen. Goldberg has Michael dealing with two challenges simultaneously in "The Fix." A former nemesis now going by the name Mrs. Copeland has set Michael up to look like a drug dealer and is blackmailing him with exposure and arrest in order to get him to use his skills on her behalf.
Meanwhile Sam's current girl friend, Veronica, has a widow friend, Cricket O'Connor, who is living on an estate on ultra-wealthy Fisher Island. Cricket has been scammed of all her wealth by Dixon Woods, a mysterious supposed mercenary/CIA agent whom she met through an online grief support group. They married after a whirlwind courtship and now he's disappeared along with most of her money. She's not only facing eviction, she has some small-time hoods muscling her for interest payments on money that Dix supposedly owes.
As Michael tries to solve both problems, he finds that they are interconnected. Along the way he and Sam break into a high-tech security/mercenary company, scam a real estate con man in order to get Cricket's money back, and along with Fiona set up an elaborate con/fake raid on an upscale Miami Hotel in order to free Michael from Mrs. Copeland's grasp.
Fast paced, this book will thrill "Burn Notice" fans and will make readers who haven't seen the series want to tune in.
Armchair Interviews agrees.

It was supposed to be a nice lunch with his mother at a fancy hotel. Instead, Michael Weston winds up leaving quickly when he notices agents everywhere on the patio. No, he isn't being paranoid. But they weren't out for him but his ex-girlfriend Fiona. Investigating further, he discovers that Fi was set up by Natalya. Natalya is former KGB and is in a bit of a bind. Seems if she doesn't come up with the money she is accused of stealing, she will be killed. She blames Michael for her problem, so she's giving him the same choice.
Meanwhile, Sam has agreed to help Cricket O'Connor, a woman who fell in love with the wrong man. Her husband has disappeared with most of her money, and thugs keep showing up demanding the rest. Somehow, Michael has to track down the guy's real identity and then get Cricket's money back. Can he do it while keeping Natalya at bay?
Here's the great news. If you are a fan of the TV show this book is based on you will love it. The characters are spot on, including a couple recurring characters who shows up. Michael narrates the book for us, so the entire thing feels exactly like one of his voice overs from the show. All the action and humor of the show translate perfectly to the written page.
Even if you aren't familiar with the show, you should be able to follow the basics. We're given enough information that all the relationships make sense.
Unfortunately, I had a couple problems with the plot. While it was fast paced and kept me reading, a couple times I wondered why exactly the characters were doing what they were doing. I quite possibly did miss something, but I couldn't figure it out by rereading parts of the book. Additionally, the language is a little worse than what they can get away with on TV, especially in a couple scenes. These are both minor issues, and on the whole I really did enjoy the book.
This was a pleasant read. Fans of the TV show will love having it as a tide me over between episodes. And it just might bring some new fans into the fold.

ENVY THE NIGHT (Thriller-Frank Temple III-Wisconsin-Cont) - Ex
Koryta, Michael - Standalone
Thomas Dunne Books, 2008, US Hardcover - ISBN: 9781312361587
First Sentence: Frank Temple III walked out of the county jail at ten in the morning with a headache, a citation for public intox, and a notion that it was time to leave town.
Seven years ago, Frank Temple learned that his FBI agent father had also been a contract killer. His father was committed suicide just before he was to be arrested. Frank learned that Devin Matteson was the one who had turned his father and then gave him up to the FBI.
Now Frank learns, from Ezra, his father's close friend, that Devin is headed back to the Wisconsin property where Devin's father, Frank's father and Ezra had once been friends, and where Frank is determined to bring justice for his father.
Koryta is one of those authors whose books I can not start without finishing it the same day.
I can't think of a wrong note in the book, but his absolute strength is in the characters. He made me care about the protagonists, uncertain of the actions of the secondary characters and fear the villains. His dialogue is so good, I didn't notice it. It's a natural part of the whole story. His sense of place so accurate, you feel the elements. His action and suspense so palpable, I had to keep going to find the ending. His final twist so well done, I did not anticipate it.
The book is violent, but it is also very human with just the right dash of humor. But amongst all that, there are elements of philosophy, pathos, a bit of wisdom and an element of hope.
I have been a fan of each of Koryta's books, and this was no exception. In the Acknowledgment, Ms. Koryta thanks, among others, Dennis Lehane and Michael Connelly. To my mind, he is easily fits easily among their ranks, if not a bit above. This is a man who really knows how to write.

Frank Temple III had a bad day. First, a man who he trusted as a mentor revealed himself, like many before him, to be more interested in the story of Frank's father, Frank Temple II, who, seven years earlier, when Frank was only 17, was exposed as a hit-man. Then, the phone call from old family friend Ezra Ballard, who told Frank that the man who exposed his father, Devin Matteson, who Frank blamed for his father's death, was returning to the Willow, a lake in Wisconsin where Ballard,...more Frank Temple III had a bad day. First, a man who he trusted as a mentor revealed himself, like many before him, to be more interested in the story of Frank's father, Frank Temple II, who, seven years earlier, when Frank was only 17, was exposed as a hit-man. Then, the phone call from old family friend Ezra Ballard, who told Frank that the man who exposed his father, Devin Matteson, who Frank blamed for his father's death, was returning to the Willow, a lake in Wisconsin where Ballard, Matteson, and the Temple family owned land and spent time together. It was the last place Frank had to remember good times with his family, and Frank had not returned there since his father's death. Frank had promised himself, and Ballard agreed, that Matteson was no longer welcome there.
Frank immediately left for the Willow, leaving yet another college without finishing, another attempt at starting his life thwarted by the resurgence of his past. When he was almost at the cabin, he was in a car accident with a man he thought was Matteson. It wasn't, but was a very suspicious person, who insisted on no police involvement, and on paying for the damaged vehicles even though the accident was Frank's fault. The only body shop they could find belonged to Bud Stafford, and was his father's before that. Bud had been in a nursing home for some time, his shop in the hands of his determined daughter, Nora. Nora was barely keeping the shop open, and jumped at the opportunity to repair the two cars, against her better judgments, despite the unusual circumstances.
Frank quickly learned that Devin Matteson was not at the cabin. Instead, a woman and the man involved in the accident were. And a few others have come to town, intent on finding the man Frank was in the accident with, willing to kill anyone who got in their way.
Frank learned Matteson was not there, and the people who were had probably attempted to kill Matteson in Miami and were here hiding. But he learned too late, and he and Nora were now targets, loose ends, as he put it, and in his estimation could not be allowed to live.
Throughout the many twists and turns of the story, Frank battled with himself, and with the memories of his father. He was torn between revenge, making his father proud, and letting go, being better than his father. Ezra Ballard was also torn, not wanting to bring violence to his peaceful existence, an existence he had worked hard to achieve, and a past filled with violence that he had worked even harder to leave behind.
This is the fourth book by author Michael Koryta, and the first that is not part of his Lincoln Perry series. It is, without question, his best effort. Koryta was able to keep up a quick pace, while the character's complexities were explored. As a reader, I felt I knew how Frank and Nora became who they were. Even secondary characters, like Ezra Ballard and Nora's mechanic, Jerry, seemed more than supporting roles. In that regard, Koryta made each character, the situations they found themselves in, and their reactions understandable and believable, despite the decisions not being the right or best thing to do.
Koryta also seemed to master the environment portrayed in the book, describing the area in a way that showed he knew it well, therefore helping me get a good idea of where the story was set, and the challenges presented as a result.
While Koryta's first three books were very good, they had a sense of inexperience to them. Envy the Night does not, and shows the promise of Michael Koryta as an author who is able to tell a complex story with well developed characters as well as any of the established fiction writes of the Twenty-First Century. I look forward to reading his books for years.

I really wasn't all that happy to learn that this book wasn't going to be a fourth installment in Koryta's Lincoln Perry series. Well, I guess I needed my head examined because this book stretches so far beyond the Perry books, in voice (Koryta has successfully made the jump to 3rd person POV), in characterization, in tight and ORIGINAL plotting (something he had already mastered and which I thought he could not have improved on yet HAS done so to a degree that is mind-boggling!), that I not only did not miss Lincoln Perry, I'm not sure that I even want Koryta to back track to those books. If he has more of these kinds of books in him, then everyone should just stand back and give him plenty of elbow room. His earlier books amazed me for their mature writing, but this book is something very, very special. Koryta isn't just the kid-brother author any longer to writers like Crais, Lehane, Connelly. He's their equal and maybe then some.
Synopsis: Frank Temple II, the son of a dead FBI agent/contract killer, wants to go after the mobster who ruined his father. But nothing is that simple in this book; when you think you can predict where Koryta is going in this story guess again, and then guess again. And you'll probably need to guess again. Temple is a perfectly written 3D character, young and smart, but not so smart that you disbelieve him. The turns in plot absolutely demand this story be written in third person, a new stretch for the author, and one he manages so handily, so naturally, that I am awestruck and left wondering how much more does Koryta have in the think-tank still to come in his work.
I'm a little jealous (not of Koryta; of him I am a LOT jealous) of those who pick this book up and read Koryta's work for the first time. It's just that good.

What do you hope to get out of a book when you pick it up off the shelf (or click on it)? Well-written dialogue? In-depth, interesting, and unique characters? Intense and page-turning action? Well-placed humor? Moral debates that make you question what you would do in the given situation? Writing that grabs you and takes you along for the ride?
It is not often that you can get all of those qualities in one book, but Michael Koryta again has given us a thriller with such vivid writing and complex characters that "Envy the Night" answers YES to each of those questions.
The real question is: What are you waiting for? "Envy the Night" is a first-class crime/suspense novel and has me greatly anticipating Koryta's next endeavor.

I am so happy to see that other readers loved this book as much as I did. I have read all four of his books and like one reviewer said, he just keeps getting better. I won't write a synopsis because the other reviewers have done such as excellent job as well as outlining why this book is a "must" for crime/thriller readers. It is not only a believable scenario, but incorporates tension, humor, good characterization, etc. It is highly touted by such well known authors as Ridley Peason, Michael Connelly and George Pelecanos. Please give this author his due as he seems to fit with the best of them.

great series of mysteries, showing that a handicapped person, can lead a full and productive life, regardless of their disability, and contribute to society. I would recommend this series of books to anyone, who enjoys a good mystery full of suspense. You will enjoy this as well as others by Jeffery Deaver, a great author.

In this novel, Rhyme and Sachs are in North Carolina, as Lincoln Rhyme is about to go through a medical procedure, to help with his condition. However, Rhymes is met at the hospital, by the local sheriff (a cousin of one of Rhymes' friends), who asks for his help in tracking down a local troubled teenager, who it seems has murdered one man and kidnapped two young women.
I found this book an enjoyable read, from the start. As the cases progresses, you think it will be straight forward enough : examine evidence, catch kid, free women. But, then there is one twist followed by another, that throw you off track, and have you wondering who are the good characters, and who are the bad. It kept me very interested throughout.

The Empty Chair is another great "who done it" by Jeffery Deaver. It is a fast read, every time you are ready to put it down and get something done the story twists in such a way that you just have to go on with it. This is a book to start in the early afternoon, not the early evening unless you can get away with staying up all night. As usual for Deaver the book is filled with good guys and bad guys and the reader has to figure out who's who, and nobody is as good or as bad at the end of the book as they were at the beginning. The author is not stingy with his clues, but there are surprises until the last page. The tale weaves the motives of the characters into a memorable story with all the twists one expects from a Deaver mystery.

Empty Chair was a good read, not a great read, but a good read. I've read the majority of Deaver's novels and have found several to be great reads; this one unfortunately was not the best of his work.
Great concept, but the twist was a little forced and I actually didn't read the last 10 pages or so because of this.
Anyway, in comparison to the market, (seems really gripping thrillers are few and far between) I'd recommend it.

Granted, I haven't read all of Mr. Deaver's work, but for some reason The Empty Chair is the one book that has stayed with me the most, and the only Deaver book which has brought me back for a subsequent reading. Great characters, fantastic plot not bogged down with too much science ... a superb balance of forensics and pure action ... and twists that stay with you.
If every Deaver book could be this good, I'd be buying hardcover.

There are two plot lines from this sequel to "Heart of the World". The first one concerns Sam Gianelli, PI Carlotta Carlyle's mobster boyfriend who has skipped the country to avoid being arrested for murder. The second plot has to do with Jessie Franklin, a young woman who wants Carlotta to follow her fiance and find out if he's having an affair. Meanwhile she's trying to stay in touch with Paolina, her Little Sister who has been traumatized by a kidnapping and murder. As Carlotta pursues these things, she discovers a connection with a local Indian tribe, and she teams up with her former boss, Mooney, to try to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together. Mystery and romance blend well in this latest book in the series, and Linda Barnes' fans will not be disappointed.

How do you top a great book like Heart of the World? You don't. But with a series, there's a sequel to be written anyway.
Paolina is still recovering from the trauma of her kidnapping and its aftermath in South America. The troubling part is that she's pushing Carlotta away.
Sam Gianelli, Carlotta's fiancé, is missing in action except for occasional telephone calls when he tells her to keep out of it. When Carlotta tries to get her old friend, Mooney from Boston PD, to tell her more, he keeps quiet.
Carlotta hasn't worked at detecting in some time, and Roz pushes Carlotta to take on a young woman, Jessica Franklin, who wants her fiancé tailed. Carlotta agrees. The woman heads for a meeting out of town while the fiancé starts meandering around after making a short stop in Kendall Square in Cambridge. The night becomes a long one as he then heads for the cape. What's going on?
As usual in detective fiction, nothing is as it seems. But no one is going to make it easy for Carlotta to find out. Her head is snapped out of her troubles when the young woman who hired her turns up dead in a local hit-and-run. That's really puzzling. She was supposed to be out of town.
Before long, Carlotta is getting the eye . . . and needs help. Who will step in?
Without giving anything away, Linda Barnes decides to take this series in a new direction with this story. It's a promising direction, one that makes me look forward to reading the next book in the series.
If you've enjoyed this series, don't miss Lie Down with the Devil. It'll keep your attention!
The plot has a lot of twists and turns, but they often felt forced. That's why I graded the book down one star. See what you think.

I rented this book on CD and thought, how could I go wrong with Nora Roberts. I found this book to be slow and I really did not care about the characters. The language bothered me and Eve Dallas just did not come across well in this book. I did not find this book interesting and for an 8 hour drive I fought to finish it. Nora is too good for this kind of writing. Read her Irish trilogy a much better choice.

Another winning book in the "...IN DEATH" series, this one finds Eve fighting for justice for the lower class citizens of New York.
After finding a street sleeper dead in his crib, his heart surgically removed, it doesn't take Eve long to figure out that there's some type of conspiracy involved within the medical community. When the threats become personal and Eve is forced to hand over her weapon and her badge, her personal life takes a turn for the worse.
This is a very emotional Eve & Roarke read, and highly recommended!

Someone is killing the homeless of New York, in the year 2058, and removing their body parts! As Lieutenant Eve Dallas unravels the mystery behind who is killing them and why (affectionately known as the "sidewalk sleeper murders"), she is forced to face an adversary who will stop at nothing, including framing her for murder, to get her thrown off the case. Torn between a love for the job, a pursuit for the truth, and fighting to keep the one thing that she REALLY loves, besides Roarke, her badge, Eve is stripped of everything, and for the first time in the series, we see Eve really vulnerable and hurting (even too sad to spare with Summerset, who we all know she has a love/hate relationship with). With her true friends support, Eve continues her journey in discovering the truth, no matter what the consequences. And we all learn how really important her careeer and badge are.
If you love the "in death" series, you will love this book as well. You even get an opportunity to see Dr. Mira, Feeney, McNab, Peabody, Baxter, Webster (old lover of Eve's), and Commander Whitney. And I finally find out how Trueheart and Dr. Louise's characters are introduced into the "in death" series. [I must admit that I have not read the series in order, so finding out these things is always helpful]. I highly recommend this book.

I have read the first book in the series "Naked In Death", and now have read the second, "Glory In Death". I found "Glory" to be just as good as I found "Naked" to be. Filled with deep characters, fast moving cases, and an interesting sci-fi futuristic backdrop, this series is a winner.
Like some reviewers have already stated, this is a mix of Police Procedural, Romance, and Science Fiction all bundled up into one great series.
Each book you learn more and more about the main characters, and can watch their relationships grow.
I definitely plan on reading all of this series.
I would start with book one and move on from there. That's what I'm doing.
Happy Reading!

Glory in Death is the second book in J.D. Robb/Nora Roberts's 'in death' series. The series employs a shamelessly over-the-top homicide detective & erotic romance combination to wonderfully fun effect.
On the one hand, the answer to the murder in this novel seemed a bit obvious to me early on; it was telegraphed a little more heavily than usual. On the other hand, Roberts managed to make me doubt my conclusions by throwing a few curve-balls into the mix, and that helped to keep me from feeling the kind of frustration I usually feel when it seems as though the mystery is revealed to the reader too early.
Eve and Roarke's relationship continues and deepens in enjoyable ways. It's still early enough that there are serious conflicts and sparks, but they're turning into a fantastic team. They have wonderful chemistry that brings both romance and sex alive on the page.
In this novel we meet Peabody, who's still in uniform (later in the series she becomes Eve's partner). I'm curious to read the intervening books, because at the moment I'm having trouble reconciling her current somewhat stern demeanor with her later openness and excitability. I'm looking forward to seeing how she changes over time and goes from one to the other.
In short, this isn't the best of the 'in death' novels, but it's definitely an enjoyable read!

This entire series is great! The characters are compelling and once started, you can't stop reading. I've read them all now and suggest, if possible, to read them in order since there are references to prior incidents from one to the next.
Exciting

I just received my new (old) JD Robb book, which fills in the series for me. I was very happy with the timing of the shipping, the quality of the handling/packaging and the condition of the book. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this vendor again.

So far this is the best one yet. Each book they get better.
You can tell J.D Robb, aka Nora Roberts is really getting familiar with the characters, and the great writing proves it.
It is really fun to read the books in this series. Its like a television show, you can drop in and visit your friends. Luckily for us the readers, Nora Roberts keeps cranking them out.
As long as she writes them, I will read them.
Happy Reading!
