I bought this book to help write the wedding ceremony for our officiant (friend). It is helpful in the aspect that it lays out a variety of ceremonies from start to finish, but the selections are somewhat limited if you aren't looking for the basic cookie cutter ceremony. If you are looking for more options for readings and vows, I recommended you check out the book by Judith Johnson. If you just need a couple of ideas for a ceremony - this book will be helpful for you

My fiance and I had a friend marry us, so we had to come up with our own ceremony. We didn't want to write it ourselves, but we didn't want a cookie-cutter religious ceremony either. This book was the answer we were looking for. I bought many books, but ended up only using this one. It's extremely well organized, and even comes with worksheets!
It's organized by type of ceremony you want (i.e. traditional religious, contemporary non-religious, quick, second time around), and this was perfect for us. The readings, vows, and everything in that section ended up being exactly what we were looking to say. We read through the whole book to make sure other selections in other sections weren't better, but we always ended up loving what was in the section for the type of wedding we wanted. The people who did this book have impecable taste.
This book focuses on love, commitment, and in some cases religion without being cheesy or overdone. They have all the classic wedding things you'd expect (such as Corinthians for readings), but they also add readings that are less traditional, but equally romantic and applicable to your ceremony. It has a sense of uniqueness, but still traditional.
I highly recommend this book to anyone doing their own ceremony, or even people who just want to add a little something extra. I couldn't have done my ceremony without it!
Between the organization and taste, this book was really well done. It was such a relief that they organized it by ceremony type (and then by type in the back, such as readings, vows, ring vows), so you're not feeling lost reading through 100 different readings and hating all of them. This is a bride must-have!

This is a great book for both couples and wedding ceremony officiants. This book, The Wedding Ceremony Planner by Rev. Judith Johnson, and Diane Warner's Complete Book of Wedding Vows, comprise a nice starter bookshelf for a wedding officiant.
This book has a number of complete ceremonies, numerous vows, readings, and worksheets. It's a great resource for a couple starting to plan their ceremony. Even the "traditional" ceremonies are a little non-traditional. Very nice.

Jakarta (also known as "Jack") is determined never to fall in love or get married. She's seen her five sisters deal with boys and doesn't think they are worth the hassle. Plus, she's doomed by the "wedding curse": her dates at her sisters' weddings have turned out disastrous.
Two of her sisters are planning summer weddings and she's involved but sticking to her vow to not get herself into a relationship.
Then she meets Leo. He is the wedding planner's son, so he and Jack are thrown together in the wedding preparations. Leo isn't like the other guys. He wants to get to know Jack and believes he can break the "wedding curse." Yet Jack keeps herself busy with her sisters' plans to keep her mind off Leo. It's not that easy, though, as Leo manages to appear everywhere!
This is fun novel about falling in love, wedding chaos, and just making time for what's important. I enjoyed getting to know Jack as well as her sisters. Part of the appeal in this novel is not only wondering what's going to happen with Jack and Leo but also about her sisters and their relationships.
Will the weddings take place without a hitch?

I would recommend the book
"The Littles Have a Wedding'.
It is a fun book about little people
who have tails. They live in the walls
of the Bigg's house.
They have many fun adventures.
In this book, they have a Wedding.
This is why I would recommend this book.

Paranormal weddings from hell, but the book is almost heavenly

The most recent offering in the "... From Hell" series of paranormal romance anthologies reminds me a lot of P.N. Elrod's "My Big Fat Supernatural Wedding", only in this case, the offerings are four novellas. I'm a sucker for anthologies, since it's like getting a mini-library in one volume, though they often tend to be mixed bags of good and okay stories.
The book starts off on a bang, with Maggie Shayne's "Till Death", in which the heroine of Scottish descent must find a way to break a curse cast on the brides of her clan and save both herself and the man she loves from being the next victims. Wonderfully evocative writing and the heroine is a strong but considerate young lady who values family and seeks its healing for the sake of her kin above all.
The second selection, Jeaniene Frost's "Happily Never After" is my favorite of the lot: on the eve of her unwelcome wedding to a wannabe Mob boss, the unwilling bride finds help from a vampire friend of her plucky Italian grandma. The story deliberately sends up the tropes of Mob literature; it made me giggle out loud in not a few places!
Terri Garey's "Ghouls Night Out" brings us a heroine I'd love to see more of: Nicki Styx (great name!) gets roped into filling in for a missing bridesmaid at her cousin's wedding, but when she gets fitted for the gown that needs a gal in it, she finds herself face to face with the desperate ghost of the former wearer. The story reads a little like a "Ghost Whisperer" fanfiction with the serial numbers carefully filed off, but I'm a big fan of "Ghost Whisperer" and of fanfiction.
The last offering, Kathryn Smith's "The Wedding Knight" features a Victorian vampiric Templar Knight who steps in to prevent the marriage of his ladylove to a craven Knight of a rival order. Of the four stories, this one is the weakest: the dialogue was too modern for its setting (even a headstrong Victorian woman wouldn't have used the term "knocking boots") and the story could have been tightened if one of the love scenes had been edited out.
All in all, this is a fun, airy collection of tales: and isn't the perfect wedding supposed to be delightful and decorous?

Although I usually love these authors this is not really an outstanding anthology. The stories are bland and the first one by Maggie Shayne did not set a very warm example. It is readable if you have nothing else.
Maggie Shayne gives us a curse, placed by an ancestor whose husband was caught with a maid. It was mildly interesting, as soon as she met the lawyer, you knew they would get togather. There was no mystery but there is a twist when the curse is lifted. A so-so story.
Jeaniene Frost gives us a woman forced to marry a mobster to save her brother. However, her grandma calls in a favor from an old love who is undead.
Terri Garey gives us a short Nicky Styx story. It was OK. Nicky winds up a bride's maid for her cousin. The missing bridesmaid turns up as a ghost and talks to Nicky.
Kathryn Smith gives us a story about a Vampire created by the Templars. The woman he loves, and has been trying to forget is getting married.
Each story is OK but none are great.

Got the book, read it--I so wish Maggie had tied her story to the Witch series--the fact that it had a witch in it was misleading!
Loved Kathryn Smith's "Blood Grail Vampire Payne---her story was fantastic.
A new author to me--one I plan to check out soon is Jeannie Frost---the story was very good--I liked it as much as Kathryn's Smith's story
And another author, Terri Garey, who I never heard of before really entertained me with her wit.....
[Till Death by Maggie Shayne] 3.5 stars
My disappointment came in I think because I was wanting this to be another leg to her Witch series--BUT IT WAS NOT--and I almost wish it had been Vampire---It was good, however!
[Happily Never After by Jeaniene Frost] 5 stars
[Ghouls Night Out by Terri Garey] 3.5 stars
[The Wedding Knight by Kathryn Smith] 5 stars
Overall this was a really enjoyable anthology. I gain interest in a two new authors. I love it that Kathryn Smith's tied in whith her Blood Grail Vampires. Maggie Shayne's story is 9has to be) stand alone--nothing connected with her witch series--and truly far from her Vampire series--no mystery or suspense either. Just a romance-- done in Maggie style.

Four new short stories all revolving loosely around a 'wedding' theme from some hot paranormal authors: some old (long established) some new - now all we need is something borrowed and something blue and we're set to go.
Maggie Shayne's story centers around an ancient Scottish family curse - their spouses' infidelity is deadly for the MacLellan brides. Shayne's a long time favorite of mine (love her vamps) but while the premise and the chemistry between the leads was good, the lightspeed dating was just a bit too fast to be satisfying. There were hints of reincarnation or soul mates but not tied together well enough to make the story really work for me. (3 stars)
Jeaniene Frost's contribution is set in the world of her Night Huntress series and has several brief pop-ins by that series' hero Bones. But the hero vampire Chance is an almost as luscious. As a favor to his sire (Bones), Chance steps in to save the lovely Isabella from a coerced marriage to a would-be B-movie type mafia boss and Chance finds himself attracted to her with an intensity he's never felt before in his very long life. Isabella and Chance are every bit as good as Bones and Cat, Frost does great heroes and competent intelligent heroines well. This was fun but trying to pull Bones in felt forced and a bit hokey to me. (3.5 stars)
Kathryn Smith's entry gives us a vampire romance which is spin off from her regency era Templar series, Brotherhood of the Blood. Smith did a good job with her commitment phobic immortal and the forthright young woman who is deterimined to convince him that living in fear of love is really not living at all. Smith fit alot of steamy stuff into her short space, but this one lost some points for me for a crude word or two. I hate the 'P'word - my problem I know, but it really pulled me out of the scene and since this was a short story there wasn't really time to get back into it. (3.5 stars)
My favorite of the four, terri Garey gives us a little vignette with her series' heroine ghostwhisperer Nicki Styx. Here Nicki's a last minute fill-in for her cousin's wedding - someone has to wear the bridesmaids' dress from hell and Nicki's 'it'. If the banana yellow Carmen Miranda dress isn't bad enough, Nicki ends up having to deal with the ghost of the dead bridesmaid. This one wasn't a romance, even though Nicki's boyfriend is on hand to provide some sweet talking and moral support. Garey's first Nicki Styx book is sitting in my TBR pile, but this story was a well done standalone so that I still enjoyed it even with no knowledge of the series. For you fans, I am sure that it would be even more fun. (4.5 stars)
If you enjoyed these shorts, you'll definitely want to check out the authors' full length novels -- which are even better. Here's a few to get you started.

One Foot in the Grave (Night Huntress, Book 2)

Dead Girls Are Easy (Nicki Styx, Book 1)
A Match Made in Hell
Maggie Shayne

I picked this up because I had recently read Terri Garey's DEAD GIRLS ARE EASY and really like her Nikki Styx character and also because I used to be a big fan of Maggie Shayne's "Wings In the Night" books. I hadn't read Jeaniene Frost or even heard of Kathryn Smith. It ended up being a 50-50 split on how good it was. I thought the Maggie Shayne story was by far the worst. It was so saccharine sweet I was afraid I might barf by the time I got to the end of it! I love her old stuff, this just wasn't up to that standard, IMHO. I wasn't terribly fond of Kathryn Smith's story, but then I'm not a fan of stories that take place in that time period anyway. Terri Garey's story was my favorite. Nikki's been roped into her cousin's wedding and has to deal with the ghost of a dead bridesmaid. I really like this character! And I enjoyed Jeaniene Frost's story so much, I ordered her 2 books. Not a bad way to pass a Saturday afternoon, and if you get lucky enough for half the stories in an anthology like this to be good that's not a bad deal!

Did Anita Shreve promise her publisher to a book of so-many pages? Is that why the Halifax disaster novel of Agnes is included? Or, is it there as a clumsy attempt to mirror 9/11? Whichever, it is, it fails! I would have liked to learn more about the other characters, Jerry, etc.
I'm the type of reader who usually finishes a book, no matter how painful...and I finished this one. I had to, as I had just stopped at Day 5 in "Ten Days in the Hills." I couldn't fail on two consecutive reads.
If you haven't purchased this book, don't! If you have, save it for the beach.

I've been reading several class-reunion novels lately, and this one stands out. The delicacy, the unerring accuracy, of the portrayals of old friends who are changed yet unchanged, by a couple of decades apart is compelling. Successes and tragedies, trauma shared and unshared, personal definitions all are reinterpred, and in some cases, blown apart with Anita Shreve's sure hand. I especially liked Agnes, the spinster-teacher-secret lover of a professor they all knew and admired. She writes her alternate endings out in fiction, raising the inevitable question as to how much of this story might draw on the author's own life, real or wished-for.

I listened to this on CD in the car and believe me if I hadn't been on a long trip and needed something to listen to I would have stopped withing the first few chapters. There is only one or two characters worth liking and rooting for (the couple marrying) The rest are sniveling idiots and the story withing the story is so predictable. Ms Shreve also needs an editor for the inconsistencies within the story. A little more research please
You want to find out how these stories end...

It's worth three and a half stars. I really wanted to find out how these stories move forward to the end when the reader just has to let go of curiosity.
The fact that I was drawn to keep on reading, paired with the Shreve's very rich language that I very much enjoy is the good of this book.
However, I didn't too much care for the mix of main plot with the characters' own stories - each too heavy! - weaved in here, let alone the sub plot of a novel written by Agnes, one of the protagonists, thrown in on top. In short, it's a reunion after 27 years of a group of then-high school students from New England. The occasion is a marriage of two of them who were sweethearts back then and are now getting married after decades in other marriages. The event appears to be overshadowed - or should I say fragmented? - by each protagonist's own stories and secrets that we find out about in flashbacks and soul dumps as the wedding weekend progresses: the bride has cancer, the inn-keeper who is hosting the wedding had a rough marriage to a famous poet, the poetry editor is still infatuated with the inn-keeper, the ex-girl-friend of his best friend in high school who died two weeks before their graduation. This books just appears to be a construct with too many story lines and not enough unity, real book-time is moving too slow. But again, I really wanted to finish it and enjoyed the language.

A WEDDING IN DECEMBER by Anita Shreve
August 5, 2008
Amazon Rating: 3.5/5 stars
Anita Shreve is one of my favorite authors, and I've enjoyed most of her books. A WEDDING IN DECEMBER was not one of my favorites, mainly because it took a while for me to warm up to the story. The story revolves around a group of middle aged adults who meet at an inn in the Berkshires for a wedding for one of their former classmates. It's been many years since they have all been together, and there are many stories to tell. This is one of those books that is more a character study than an actual story with a plot. There are secrets that are revealed, and more importantly they learn about each other as they spend a rather intimate weekend together, detailing their past lives after they had met the last time.
The reason for the gathering is the wedding of Bridget and Bill. It is a second marriage for both. They were sweethearts in school, but for some reason things didn't go the way everyone had expected, and they both married other people. Now, after many years apart, the two are together again. Bridget's health is in jeopardy, and before it is too late they want to make their union legal.
I don't know if this story would appeal to the average reader. Fans of Anita Shreve will definitely want to read it, and once I got into the story I did enjoy it. It just took a while for me to get into each character. There's a lot going on between all the former classmates, and it made for interesting reading, at least for me. Anita Shreve is a master at creating complex realistic characters and she shows it in this novel. Not one of her best but definitely recommended for her fans.

From the lush pink suede front cover to the back equally lush cover it's a bride's picture book dream. There's not much nuts & bolts "how to" there, but if you want inspiration, you will find it. The weddings covered definitely fall into the platinum wedding category, so for us mere mortals with real budgets, many of the over the top extravagances are not possible. BUT the look and feel of the radically different weddings contained in the book will spark the imagination - and it will be up to the bride or brides planner to make it their own. Bottom line - wow! for brides & wedding planners.

I'm a collector of wedding related books, and this one does not disappoint. I wasn't willing to pay full price - a whopping $75 - but when it came down in price on Amazon and Christmas came bearing gift cards, it was the perfect time to add to my collection. The book is beautiful on my book shelf and I enjoyed the gorgeous layout of all the memorable weddings. This has great details about each event and the photos are stunning.

I seriously encourage any couple of either mixed faith, culture, heritage, or any couple seeking guidance for their wedding to purchase this book. Rev. Susanna has put together a wonderful book that will put a stressed brides mind at ease. She gives you ways to deal with the stresses both large and small of your wedding. My Fiance and I are of mixed race, faith, and culture so we knew going into this wedding there would be challenges but not to the extent we have seen. Once I recieved this book I couldn't stop reading it. There are stories of both happy and sad times surrounding a wedding. I am at a better state of calmness after reading this book and want to thank Rev. Susanna for creating this book for brides like me needing help.

I'm an interfaith minister and perform about 100 weddings per year. When I saw the title, "Joining Hands and Hearts: Interfaith, Intercultural Wedding Celebrations..." I thought it would have some good reference information and practical perspectives for my ministry.
As it turns out, this is one of those books that seem to be popular today that encourages couples to conceive and write their own wedding ceremony and then find a celebrant to perform it according to their instructions.
In the real world, at least the one I know, there are very few wedding officiants who work this way. Yes, of course we try to elicit the couple's thoughts and preferences and prepare a ceremony to suit their beliefs, backgrounds and personalities. But the only celebrants I know who will simply step up and read the couple's text are the ones who are just going through the motions, for a fee.
Most of this book focuses on walking the couple through an examination of all their thoughts, feelings, and life experiences; discussing possible implications; and then planning the content of their ceremony-- none of it being done with any guidance or input from a professional (except the writer).
It has a lot of pages, and occasionally raises a good point for consideration. But I think any member of the clergy should have learned all this long ago, and a bridal couple should be doing their planning with the person they've selected to perform their ceremony, so they can benefit from the knowledge base and practical expertise.

Since we are based in the UK, I wasn't at first sure how useful this book would be to the European context but it has been a truly uplifting and empowering book, offering guidance on how to turn an interfaith wedding into what it is: a celebration of love that knows no religious or cultural boundaries. Susannah Macomb shows a good understanding of the sensitive nature of interfaith relationships, such as difficulties in articulating and managing our own and our families' expectations. The book deals with the often difficult realities of interfaith relationship while being optimistic and encouraging. By giving specific examples of how to integrate different cultural aspects into a wedding ceremony it is both a practical guide as well as spiritually nurturing.

This book truly shaped my special day. The author is tremendously knowledgeable about a wide array of cultures and rituals. I am a Black American woman married to an Indian American man. I knew that I wanted to infuse both of our backgrounds in our wedding ceremony. Her book provided all I needed to do that. We answered the questionnaire featured in her book where we were able to illustrate our feelings toward our upbringing, families, and each other. These words were then interlaced throughout our ceremony. We incorporated our families into the ceremony as well - having them take part in certain rituals and reading our words of love to them. From her book I was able to pick out the rituals that I liked the most and that I felt tied in both of our cultures the best. We poured libation, tied the knot, exchanged rings and garlands, took the seven steps, jumped the broom, and of course kissed. Her book even had a number of readings associated with each ritual that I was able to choose from. Everything was absolutely perfect thanks to Reverend Macomb and her book. Her kind human spirit really comes through. I could not recommend her book more passionately.

Rev. Macomb's book is a must not only for those who are planning interfaith or intercutltural weddings. I'd say it's a must for ANYONE who is planning a wedding b/c it is laden with wisdom, knowledge, and real compassion and emotion. There is a multitude of beautiful readings that are pertinent to various parts of a ceremony, as well as a treasure-trove of tid-bits and historical facts about so many cultures. Most importantly, the book keeps things in perspective: why you are getting married, why it is important, and what it means. The book is well organized and well written, and has an honest and spiritual voice that is both calm and soothing.
We were lucky enough to have Rev. Susanna conduct our ceremony--she is a genuine and kind person who really loves and cares about what she does, and if you can't have her actually marry you, then this book is the next best thing!

The book helped me get a really nice diamond at a decent price.
There really are lots of scumbags in the diamond industry ready to screw you so be prepared with this book.
Seriously, after reading this book you will know more about diamonds then half the "jewelers" out there.

The author provides plenty of support for his clear recommendations. I was suprized at how well he used just enough detail without bogging down. He even has included an extensive diamond price list.
I can't emphasize enough how much the organization of the book made it easier to pick up the necessary information.

Fred Cuellar -jeweler, prolific diamond advisor, and creator of novelty gem pieces for pro sports teams and corporations- brings his enthusiasm for diamonds to "How to Buy a Diamond", his popular guide to getting your money's worth in carbon, now in its 5th edition. "How to Buy a Diamond" discusses buying diamond engagement rings, but since it assumes you will be shopping for a loose stone, the information is equally applicable to any diamond: rings, earrings, pendants, stones for investment, etc. This book places more emphasis on the process of purchasing the diamond than most diamond guides. Only the first 2 chapters are concerned with the stones themselves.
Chapter 1 addresses the obligatory "4 Cs": carat weight, clarity, color, and cut. In addition to basic information, Cuellar explains the expanded color typing produced by a Colorimeter, shows how color and clarity grades should correspond unless you want an oddball stone with poor resale value, and he comments on GIA's new, looser cut grading system. Chapter 2 is dedicated to "Cost", including price lists for 1/3 -5 carat diamonds, price lists for "buying shy" or buying just under the desired carat weight, and charts for calculating prices of 6-10 carat stones. Cuellar explains why it is difficult to determine what a diamond of a certain color, clarity, and carat should cost without a lot of other information.
There are questionnaires to aid in finding a qualified jeweler and picking a suitable stone. The author highly recommends "bonded" diamonds, warns against the limitations of lab grading reports and buying on the internet, describes enhancement treatments to look out for, and introduces us to synthetic diamonds. Chapter 5, "Tricks of the Trade", details some common ploys that jewelers use to deceive customers as well as some that customers use to scam jewelers or unjustly accuse them of theft. Presenting the dangers of the diamond business from the jeweler's point of view provides interesting insight.
A "Will You Marry Me?" chapter gives trepidatious men advice on how to pop the question -and when not to. This seemed to me like a lot of self-righteous advice on finding Miss or Mr. Right. Fred Cuellar is unquestionably a romantic and a talented salesman. He likes the idea of "true love" and the idea of a diamond as an expression of such. The book has 11 chapters. Those that I did not mention are shorter and perhaps less essential: ring settings, common myths about diamonds, tips on cleaning, advice on trade-ins and selling your diamond. Carat size charts, a glossary, Q&A, and more are found in the Appendixes.
"How to Buy a Diamond" offers some helpful advice that I have not seen in other consumer diamond guides. On the other hand, no retailer will ace the jeweler questionnaire, no one recognizes color typing, and you will not find diamonds with the kind of "bonded" warranty that the book describes. Fred Cuellar is not a disinterested party. He sells (bonded) diamonds, and he hopes you will buy from him. I found "How to Buy a Diamond" a mixed bag: useful insight, strong opinion, and thinly veiled sales pitch. I liked enough to recommend the book, but sometimes it must be taken with a grain of salt. "How to Buy a Diamond" does not have photos, but its companion web site does. If you would like more detail about diamond cuts, enhancements, and how to detect a fake, including how to examine a diamond though a loupe, "Diamonds: The Antoinette Matlins Buying Guide" is more hands-on and impartial.

I looked through the album prior to the shower and decided what I needed to get pictures of. I took the album to the shower and had guests sign and contribute to the end pages. I also used it at her lingerie shower if guests wanted to add additional advice. I added many photos, napkins, ribbon, game sheets, etc. Overall, the finished book was a great keepsake! This was exactly what I was looking for. There are places to attach sample shower invitation and other such items, plenty of space for photos, and areas for the guests to write in their advice to the couple. The one small complaint I have is that the size is a little small. In order to attach the sample invitation, I had to cover the printed heading for the page. The spiral binding makes it easy to open this flat so the sections can be filled out easily.

Just with this book would have explained his designs better, but we figured them out and made the one on the back cover first. Much fun! We are stitching by hand, so I combined with another book for hand stitching tips. So far, so good!! Worth the money.

I used John Flynn's Double Wedding Ring book as my "first" hand sewn, King size, quilt. It took me six months by hand but the result was so awesome. I am making another one for my second daughter in law. It makes an awesome wedding present and with his "step-by-step" method I had no problem with the finished product. I got instructions of the "hand quilting". But the piecing together was easy to follow.
I am recommending this book to my friends as well.
Thank you

I ordered this book for my mom because she loves to quilt. It was the fastest shipping ever and it was bound like a notebook so it was easy to open the pages and they would stay open and not keep closing. My mom was thrilled with this book and she would recommend it to others. I would recommend the shipper because it was as fast as lightening.
Great Book, Great Quilt Design

I just love this book. I should mention that while I'm neither a novice nor an expert quilter, I have managed to put together a king-sized Star of Bethlehem quilt with only 2 pages of directions. Comparatively, this book makes the Double Wedding ring a piece of cake (I had to buy fabric for the Star of Bethlehem twice because I ruined the cutting on the first batch).
The spiral bound design is very useful. While the book contains several full-color quilt examples, the instructions are black and white. It's a shame that you can't see the quilt on the back cover of this book - it's very contemporary with red and white fading spirals on a black background.
The book is very descriptive and contains detailed instructions on every step, including planning the final design. Flynn's strip-piecing system works well in this double wedding ring design. He also includes some worksheets for planning your own color sequences, and tips on selecting fabric.
Plan on 8 fabrics for every color circle (6 for the arc and 2 for joining the arcs), plus a background color. My quilt is king-sized with 18" rings and uses pink and cream rings with a burgundy background.
I ordered this book from Amazon and then ordered the templates mentioned in the book directly from Flynn, although I could have made templates from paper designs in the book. The templates are as thick as my plastic rotary guide, and very good quality, and they included ready-made seam allowance guides essential to his strip-piecing method (these little seam allowance tapes made a big difference in my making successful arcs & rings). While I could have saved money by ordering the two together from Flynn, I am glad I read the book before ordering the templates. There are several sizes of rings, from 6" to 24", and the book helps you choose the correct size for your project (larger sizes for larger quilts or wall hangings).

I made this quilt twice. It was very easy to make with the
directions given. The patterns were copied onto transparency
film and then cut out for ease.

I used the strip piecing as suggested in his book, although
tedious at times because of the double handling, it cut down
on the worry that they wouldn't be quite round enough or too
round.
I highly recommend this quilt book as fun, easy to use,
and very pleased with the finished product. This book is
on my stack of books to keep.
Happy quilting.
